ProBettingHub — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides football statistics, analytics, odds information and prediction tools. It may include:

• Match and team statistics
• Odds and market information (not tied to a specific bookmaker)
• Prediction and 'ticket' tools that simulate bets without real money
• Free and paid/premium features

3. Eligibility and Local Law Compliance

• The Service is intended for adults 18+ (or higher if your local law requires).
• You are responsible for ensuring the Service is legal where you use it.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accounts and Security

Some parts are public; others require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate if we reasonably believe these Terms are breached or the Service is misused.

5. Subscriptions, Payments and Cancellation

Premium features are billed monthly or annually via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). You may need to accept their terms. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.

• Auto-renewal: charges recur until you cancel before renewal.
• Cancellation: stops future renewals; access continues until period end.
• Refunds: not provided for partial periods unless required by law.
• Price changes: we will notify in advance; cancel before the next renewal if you disagree.

Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade until successful.

6. Subscriptions

Pro is offered as a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain Pro access until then. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any laws or use the Service if you are under 18.
• No bots/scrapers without written permission; do not extract or reuse large portions of data.
• Do not operate a commercial betting tips/analytics service using our outputs without consent.
• Do not disrupt or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts.
• Do not transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive or defamatory content.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content is owned by ProVision Entertainment s.r.o. or its licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or use our content commercially without prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., usernames, feedback, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You must not submit content that infringes on third-party rights or contains illegal material.

10. No Betting or Financial Advice

• We do not provide financial, investment or betting advice.
• We do not accept or place bets and are not a gambling operator.
• Any prediction or 'ticket' feature is a simulation with no real money.
• Odds are informational only and may not be up to date.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Google for authentication). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uptime, error-free operation, or any particular outcome/profit.
• We are not responsible for third-party sites or actions you take there.

13. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Our total liability is limited to fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim; if none, liability is zero.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, misused the Service, or are required by law to do so. Sections that should survive will continue to apply.

16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the Service and update these Terms. We will update the 'Last updated' date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use means acceptance; otherwise, stop using the Service.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Czech law. Courts of the Czech Republic have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

18. Other Important Terms

• Entire agreement: Terms + Privacy Policy + Disclaimer.
• Severability: invalid parts do not affect the rest.
• No waiver: not enforcing a right is not a waiver.
